The Camp Lejeune Justice Act ensures that those who lived and worked at Camp Lejeune between 1953 and 1987 only to be diagnosed with cancer or other serious illness receive fair compensation for their injury. The Camp Lejeune Justice Act of 2022 is part of the Honoring Our PACT Act of 2022, which aims to allow veterans and individuals to file a claim in U.S. federal court for financial damages if they were stationed at, lived, worked at, or were exposed in-utero to contaminated water at Camp Lejeune between 1953 and 1987.
